Wang Hao was Born in Jingzhou, Hubei and graduated from Minzu University of China Dance College. She began her career at Beijing Modern Dance Company before joining TAO Dance Theater as a founding member and dancer in 2008.

From 2013 to 2014, Wang transitioned into administrative roles, first as Assistant to the Artistic Director handling domestic operations, then as Project Director managing international tours. As Company Manager since 2015, she has participated in Stage production and world premieres of major works including the collaborative Cross Creation with Cloud Gate Dance Theatre and 12 Hours at Aranya,and the Infinite Walk for DNTY fashion show.

As TAO's content producer, she orchestrated a 2-month creative residency at Sadler's Wells Theatre (London) and Cloud Gate Theater (Taiwan), establishing transnational artistic dialogues.

Since 2022, she has served as TAO Studio Director, directing pedagogical development and teaching TAO’s Circular Movement System.
 

Fan Xi graduated from the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2009. Her works and exhibitions have been featured in major museums and art institutions both domestically and internationally.Throughout her long-term artistic practice, Fan Xi has focused on exploring the complex effects of spatial and psychological distances on perceptual experience. She uses photography, video, sculpture, and installations to question the relationships between everyday experiences, fictional creations, and various overlapping temporalities.

In 2011, she met Tao Ye and Duan Ni, beginning her collaboration with TAO Dance Theater. During this time, she accompanied the company to over 40 countries and participated in more than a hundred different art festivals. In 2021, she completed her first feature-length documentary, "Twelve Hours," in collaboration with the company. In the same year, she officially joined TAO Dance Theater as the Visual Director.
 

Dong Huoliang was born in Luoyang, Henan in 1994 and graduated from Shenyang Normal University with a degree in Theatrical Film and Television Art Design (Lighting Design specialization) from the School of Theatre Arts in 2016. He has working as an independent lightning designer since 2016 and began collaborating with TAO Dance Theater in November 2023.
 

Liu Yexuan was born in Hebei in1997. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Drama, Film and Television Literature from Beijing Normal University in 2021 and went on to complete her Master's degree in Theatre Directing at Royal Holloway, University of London in 2024. In March 2025, she joined TAO Dance Theater as production coordinator.
