Cui Jian's Movie & Tao Ye
Blue Bone, was the Chinese rock singer Cui Jian’s first art film, who also wrote its screenplay. Dancer and choreographer Tao Ye was invited as an actor for the role of dancer Sun Hong. The film was shot in Chongqing and Tianjin.
Dancer Tao Ye performed a solo dance in the current, photographer and cinematographer, Christopher Doyle have given this solo rich emotional tension, The Lost Season’s soundtrack allowed the struggling body to seem extraordinarily elegant.
In order to film these few minutes of footage, Tao Ye and Christopher Doyle did more than twenty takes in sub-zero temperature in order to capture the best angle. This scene became the most beautiful scene of the entire film and an astonishing classic.
In which, the most appealing component of this work is its main characters, dancer Sun Hong’s solo.
